When I think of my experiences with Joe, I can only use ONE word:AMAZING! Joe not helped me buy our house in SW Florida in 2019, but he also recently helped me sell the same house. His knowledge of the area is superb. He's a life long resident and knows the area inside and out. Living in Wisconsin we relied on Joe to help us find the right condo that we had hoped for. He was very helpful and very patient in his work helping us find the place we were looking for.
